We seek a Systems Architect with extensive technical knowledge of and experience with the Customer IT environment (networks, applications, technologies, infrastructure, IT processes, IT policies, INFOSEC requirements), as well as mission priorities. Must be knowledgeable of the Community information sharing objectives for which Customer engages in roles as both participant and leader.

Candidate must be able to collaborate with a high-energy, multi-disciplinary team to develop enterprise-level IdAM security services architecture and engineering artifacts, and capability solutions to support a critical Community target environment. This work requires the ability to proactively collaborate with Community stakeholders and IT Service Providers to understand IdAM requirements, assess new or existing enterprise capabilities that fulfill these needs, and ensure services are compliant with organization governance and standards.
This position requires a dynamic professional team-oriented, self-starter with excellent communications skills, a positive attitude, and a background in IC agency requirements and application services solutions. This position requires an individual with strong technical and leadership skills with demonstrated experience working at all levels of multiple government and industry organizations to drive effective partnerships and collaborative solutions. Must work effectively with SMEs, Analysts, Architects, Engineers, Information Assurance SMEs, and senior managers. Must have a broad knowledge of the Community, and be able to proactively work with diverse set of stakeholders. The candidate will frequently represent the customer in both technical and management meetings and must be able to act independently while ensuring that management is kept well informed to support decisions.
Candidate will support Community initiatives such as the converging community cloud environments, transition strategies for existing customers on community networks, and support for the evolution of the target environments. A clear understanding of all aspects of how access control security services (including dependencies on other capabilities) are deployed, integrated, used, and supported for delivery of consistent and interoperable solutions is necessary. Must possess ability to effectively translate stakeholder requirements into use case definitions, conduct capability gap analysis, assess technology features, prototype and test services, generate capability roadmaps/schedules, and provide service adoption guidance.
Mandatory Skills
1. Demonstrated prior experience with development and integration of customer solutions consistent with mission requirements, preferably enterprise level deployments, supporting broad implementations of authentication, authorization, and auditing to include customer governance, technical specifications, standards, policy definitions, and customer interfaces used to deliver integrated security solutions across multiple security domains (networks, enterprise, enclaves)
2. Demonstrated prior experience with data attribute validation, acquisition, management and repurposing for use in policies and processes as the basis of secure solutions
3. Experience conducting information systems security analyses or reviews and understanding of security vulnerabilities associated with cross-domain operational environments
4. Knowledge of customer security processes and policies and other customer Security Initiatives, Data Security policies and requirements, and accreditation process
5. Demonstrated experience in effectively combining skills in project management, systems integration, systems engineering, and architecture planning to facilitate delivery of enterprise level capabilities that drive new customer standards or comply/align with the standards of the Sponsors partners
6. Demonstrated ability to perform as a lead tactical and strategic technical integrator to research and integrate design strategies, product specifications, compliance standards, and user expectations into delivered capabilities
7. Demonstrated ability to adjudicate competing priorities, incorporate user requirements into technical project roadmaps/schedule, and provide analysis of alternatives for capability enhancements to better enable customer lead project decisions
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with seniors, customers, system architects, and developers to identify and shape solutions that meet both performance and Information Assurance requirements
9. Experience in active participation in multiple customer forums to address strategy, architecture, policy, roadmaps, key processes, dependencies, interoperability, technology, and governance
10. Demonstrated hands-on experience evaluating new technologies and supporting software to make recommendations for architectural enhancements that will improve the capabilities of existing enterprise services suite
11. Extensive experience with developing, drafting and presenting program documentation to effectively communicate with implementers, architects, senior leadership, and customer stakeholders (e.g., meeting materials, Concept of Operations, Implementation Plans) and the tools leveraged to produce appropriate artifacts
12. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with minimal direct supervision

Optional Skills
1. Experience with large-scale enterprise programs and networking of large scale DBMS and software services
2. Experience with the Agile methodology (e.g., sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, work backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, story clarifications)
3. Experience with or understanding of provisioning systems, workflow systems, user attributes, and role based permissions as they relate to access control and identity management
4. Experience developing and/or supporting applications in a virtualized environment
5. Risk management from the perspective of effectively identifying, citing, ranking and establishment of appropriate mitigation approaches.
Certification Requirements: 1) Enterprise Architecture certified (DoDAF or FEAF), and certification in an Agile development methodology
General professional years of experience may be substituted for specialized years of experience at a ratio of three (3) years of general experience within an occupation for one (1) year of specialized experience.
Relevant certifications will be considered equivalent to three (3) months of specialized experience.
An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a
scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associate's degree).
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of five (5) years when combined with a Bachelor's).
A Doctorate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of seven (7) years when combined with a Master's and a Bachelor's).

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Typically employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
