Support multi-intelligence discipline portfolios covering a wide range of topics and issues spanning one or more analysis, collection, capability and/or core enabling functions; support the development and implementation of analysis, collection, capability, and core enabling functions; recommend innovative solutions to enhance analysis, collection, capability, and core enabling functions; support the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for Senior IC members, policy makers, military decision makers, members of Congress, and other major/minor stakeholders on analysis, collection, and core enabling functions; and support the planning, facilitation, and after action needs for IC sessions, outreach initiatives, and other mission needs. Assist and collaborate in the development and implementation of acquisition requirements, plans, programs, organizational policy/directives, briefings materials, procedures in support of ODNI activities including preparing, integrating, de-conflicting and maintaining Master Program, Project, Acquisition, Development, and Office schedules and efforts including critical path identification; planning and attending program reviews and Interagency forums; analyze, recommend, and help to implement organizational process improvements; and assist with Analysis of Alternatives and what if scenarios for research, development, and IC integration concepts. Deep understanding of cyber issues across the US Government, including policy, technical and budget implications. Familiarity with government cyber initiatives and strategic direction across the IC.
Bachelor's Degree or Higher;
10 years of work experience related to the technical requirement;
3 years of experience working in the Intelligence Community;
Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise work products;
Ability to produce products requiring little or no editing;
Strong grammar that requires little or no editing;
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Candidate must hold an active TS/SCI level security clearance with a Polygraph.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
