Provide analytic support to a 24/7/365 watch center focused on reducing risk to the U.S Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR). Conduct intelligence research and analysis across open-source and classified information platforms, focusing on indicators and warnings of threats, infrastructure protection, and cybersecurity. Maintain operational awareness of key resources and flows of information. Triage information and prepare analytical assessments to provide strategic and operational support to decision-making. Coordinate as needed with representatives of other government agencies and participate as required in multidisciplinary working groups. Write reports under tight timelines and strict guidelines. Includes shift work.
1. Eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance. Current clearance strongly preferred.
2. At least five years of experience related to watch operations and/or critical infrastructure and/or homeland security and/or intelligence analysis.
3. At least one year of experience in an ops center.
4. Knowledge of National Emergency Management System (NIMS) structure.
5. Knowledge of emergency management operations.
6. Knowledge of one or more of the critical infrastructure sectors defined in Presidential Policy Directive 21.
7. Strong research, analysis, writing, and briefing skills. Must be able to convey salient information accurately and concisely.
8. Team-first attitude and strong customer-service focus.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Degree requirement may be waived with a combination of education/technical training and equivalent experience.
This position requires that the candidate possess a TS/SCI level security clearance.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
